Resets all configuration (Rackspace.NET, OpenStack.NET, Flurl and Json.NET) so that Configure(ActionFlurlHttpConfigurationOptions, ActionJsonSerializerSettings, ActionRackspaceNetConfigurationOptions) can be called again.
